Taiwan makes it ILLEGAL for parents to let children under 2yrs use an electronic devise and under 18yrs must use under certain limits.
Do you think kids spend too much time playing or learning at school on an electronic devise? If so, you are not alone!!! Taiwan, being one of the top technological manufacturing countries, has just passed a law which now requires parents to restrict the amount of exposure from using electronic gadgets that emit Electromagnetic Frequency / Radio Frequency Radiation upon their child. In addition to a heavy fine of up to $1,600 to the parent that allows their child to use an iPad or a smartphone, children under two are banned from using any electronic device.
